Food ingredients (Fi) Europe and Health ingredients (Hi) Europe will take place both online and in Frankfurt this year between November 30 and December 2. Over 800 exhibitors and 17,000 online and in-person attendees are expected to join, representing more than 135 countries. With the increasingly blurring lines between everyday foods and those with health benefits, the demand for health ingredients, plant-based alternatives, and natural and immunity-boosting products is set to be a major theme.
