Taking vegetables into bakery

Boboli has launched Veggie Focaccias, a line of bread that is full of vegetables. The focaccia with vegetables is ready to toast or heat in the traditional oven and made with natural colors. The vegan product is presented in a pack of two. The product was selected as an innovation for the bread recipe rich in vegetables. Varieties available are: Beetroot, Carrot, Cauliflower, Curly Kale and Pumpkin. Faisal Ouertani of Boboli discusses a highly interesting launch.
