Sugar reduced beverage innovations for kids

The sugar reduction trend has come about because of media coverage of issues surrounding sugar and its related health issues, and kids are susceptible to these issues more than ever, according to Bobby Patel of Appy. The company is making a range of zero-sugar products with stevia, starting from a value proposition in its pouch drinks and continuing with a biscuits and savory snacks proposition. The aims are to eliminate the need for any sugary items in kids’ lunchboxes and to make these items healthy and affordable.
