New Developments in Smoke Flavors

Nactis has been producing a complete range smoke flavoring under the brand TRADISMOKE for more than 10 years. These products are naturally based on beech wood according to a patented process. In December 2013, the company received the official approval from European Authorities for the use of these products in all kinds of food applications. Antoine Gambart of Nactis Flavours met with FoodIngredientsFirst to discuss the latest new developments in smoke flavors at IFFA in Frankfurt.
