Austria Juice presented “sophinades” – sophisticated lemonade targeted at adult consumers with creative and tart flavors. Cornelia Kerschbaumer from Austria Juice explains: “we are presenting sophisticated lemonades for adults because adults are searching for different types of beverages and unconventional flavors.” The concepts included a purely vegetable-based Tomato Rhubarb: “an extraordinary astringent combination of luscious tomato meets fresh green flavor notes and a pleasant acidity of rhubarb.” Yuzu Sage is described as follows: “yuzu surprises with its refreshing and in certain way uncommon note of citrus followed by the slightly cooling herbal impression of sage. The pleasant tartness of china bark complements the lemonade harmoniously.”
