Concepts With Innovative Dairy Ingredients

Epi Ingredients recently went through a complete corporate rebranding as part of a plan designed to support the group’s substantial investments in our division as well as to strengthen our leading position in the international dairy ingredients market. The rollout of the new corporate identity was only the ground work, laying the foundation for a complete redefinition of the company’s offering, along with the consequent remodeling of its sales tools. With a revisited product offering, Epi Ingredients is aiming to supply solutions fully adapted to meet current market requirements without sacrificing the taste and texture of the end-products.

It's Rob Wires at the FAA in Paris and I'm here with Matthieuco Luca from EPI Ingredients, and EPI are highlighting a new branding that they have and a bit of a marketing strategy and also a variety of different concepts.

But you can maybe tell me a little bit about your branding strategy here and what your plans are.

Yeah, FA for us this year is a kind of achievement of our new corporate identity with a new logo, new colors, and.

New dynamic, we would like to, yeah, to create dynamic and also in the presentation of our products because we would like to show our products with in the first reading the applications and not the ingredients.

So that's why we show 4 categories of products at the FAE in 4 applications with concepts.

OK, tell me, tell me a little bit about.

This is the first concept.

It's the frozen yogurt with a fermented powder.

This is a non-fat frozen yogurt, zero fat, but with a really roundness and freshness taste that's very good.

You taste it, Robin, and this is the first concept for for our first fermented 905.

We've got, also an ice cream concept.

So it's 6% fat only, and, it's really like a sundae or or this kind of ice cream, Italian ice cream.

We, we would like to show with less fat than casual, ice cream, but, very good taste also.

After that, we, we would like to show in a, in a biscuits, especially in the filling of the, of the biscuits with a low fat yogurt powder because you, you can find also a very good taste, yogurt taste in the, in the biscuits with active flora, so it's can be interesting also in the nutrition view.

And the last one is for adult nutrition markets, especially sports nutrition.

It's a mixed powder that you can bring milk, you can mix with milk, and you have a very good beverage, 10% protein for sports nutrition before, after or during the, the, the.

OK, so, yeah, this is a new dynamic for EPI ingredients, and, this is the, the beginning of, , a new, this new dynamic, for the next show next year and this type of concepts and you'll be building off of this, of course, and with probably new applications and new projects.
