Sonneveld has introduced a clean label turnkey dough for the craft baker called FermenSon. The solution makes it possible to introduce an authentic preparation process that fits within the modern bakery. FermenSon merely consists of water, flour, sugar, salt and a starter culture. This starter culture is derived from microorganisms, and contains the specially selected yeast strain Saccharomyces cerevisiae from Sonneveld’s sister company, which was established in 1893 Jästbolaget, Sweden.
