Founded in 1856, Blattmann Schweiz AG is a well-established producer and distributor of specialty food ingredients. We supply food manufacturers in Switzerland and throughout Europe with organic and conventional food ingredients that are produced with Swiss quality standards. Our specialties are organic glucose syrup, organic wheat gluten, organic spelt gluten, organic plant-based proteins, clean label starches and dextrins.
