Morales and Associates, ingredients to a large pizza chain to help extend the shelf-life in the company's pizza dough. "This is an ideal application for Z Trim," said Lynda Carroll, Z Trim VP of Sales & Applications. "By managing moisture and slowing the staling process, our customer was able to not only present consumers with a superior product, but also improve their own bottom line."
