XStream Beverage Network plans to enter China market
Signs consulting agreement with International Strategic Group to evaluate opportunities.
20/01/06 XStream Beverage Network, Inc., an emerging developer, marketer, and distributor of innovative and new age beverages, has announced that it has entered into an agreement with International Strategic Group, Inc. ("ISG"), a consulting and advisory firm which focuses on investment opportunities in the Peoples Republic of China ("PRC"). Under the terms of the agreement, ISG shall identify, evaluate, and facilitate strategic sales and marketing relationships, investments, mergers, and/or acquisitions by and between XStream and select businesses within the PRC.
ISG first became acquainted with XStream through its recent launch of Chinese Rocket Fuel, a 16 oz. energy drink formulated with a blend of Chinese herbs, including: Schizandra, Chinese Panax, Ginseng, Rhodial Root, Eleuthra and Prickly Ash and featuring twice the energy of 8 oz. energy drinks. Chinese Rocket Fuel is part of XStream's overall portfolio of proprietary beverage brands, including Maui Juice, Squeeze Soda, Yohimbe Energy Drink, and SPA Reine Natural Spring Water, the latter for which the Company has exclusive United States distribution rights. As the result of XStream's release of Chinese Rocket Fuel, in combination with its other existing brands, ISG has initiated and is in various stages of discussion with several target companies in the PRC.
