Wix-Fresh RSS positively impacts flavor naturally without compromising on functionality, generating up to a 50 percent reduction in sodium. It can be customized to any meat species or application, including: ground; emulsified; whole muscle; internal addition; topical rubs; and marinades/injection systems for beef, pork, poultry, and fish. A dry system with the stability and functionality of salt for processing, Wix-Fresh RSS’s natural flavors allow for a clean, reduced sodium product label.
