15 Jun 2023 --- Unilever is to acquire US premium frozen Greek yogurt brand Yasso Holdings. The move comes amid growing demand for on-the-go, healthier and indulgent frozen snacks in North America. The acquisition is also aligned with the “premiumization strategy” of Unilever’s Ice Cream Business Group, notes the company.
