A serving of KonaRed-enhanced coffee contains 25,000 ORAC units of antioxidants, far above the recommended 3,000 to 5,000 ORAC units per day. ORAC stands for “oxygen radical absorbance capacity,” the official measure of antioxidant levels in biological samples jointly developed by the National Institutes on Aging and the USDA Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging.
