Funktional Beverages, Inc., the manufacturer of Purple Stuff, has signed a distribution agreement with Thirsty Pig Distribution to stock store shelves in Orlando as well as retailers in Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Lakeland, Plant City, Saratoga, Bradenton, Sanford and Kissimmee markets.

Purple Stuff beverages were the hottest beverage topic with teenagers in 2010 and will remain the Leader in 2011. This Internet viral brand is now bringing the warm summer mood to winter in West-Central Florida, thanks to Thirsty Pig.
Residents of Tampa and Orlando, Florida have flooded the Internet social sites looking for the healthy nerve tonic soda called Purple Stuff because no other soda compares in taste, healthiness, personality, coolness or delivered function.

Keith Gallops, President of Thirsty Pig Distribution Company, stated, "We have been following Purple Stuff very closely for three years we built our market with other drinks from the relaxation category. From the very beginning, consumers have been requesting the Purple Stuff brand. The consumer requests have grown so rapidly that the stores have concluded this is a brand issue and that Purple Stuff is unique and therefore other brands will not substitute for their fans. When I went online and saw that Purple Stuff had 125,000 more Facebook fans than the other relaxation brands had combined I decided to bring it in to our house. Purple Stuff fans are interactive with the company. I saw posts of love, and even a marriage proposal to the soda. This is just different from everybody else," Mr. Gallops concluded.
