SUPERVALU pulls out of Albertsons acquisition
Terminates transaction discussions.
26/12/05 SUPERVALU has announced that it and Albertson's, Inc. have mutually agreed to terminate all discussions regarding an acquisition of Albertsons by a consortium of investors which included SUPERVALU.
