11/05/06 The Spooner Vicars© high-speed, single-lane sandwiching machine is fitted with round, rotating product guides to create self cleaning production lanes. Biscuits are carried over steel wires and transported by means of stainless-steel tandem pushers, which are attached to conveyor chain. Chain is kept outside the product area, guided in UHMW profiles for a neat, clean, and long-lasting maintenancefree process. Four adjustable legs or casters are fitted on the triple-deck machine with a floor clearance of 400mm.
