30/03/07 Sipal Partners, the specialist in non-refined organic cereal syrups, is expanding the Sipal product range with new organic syrups made of dried fruit: dates (Sipa-Dates) and figs (Sipa-Figs). As natural sweeteners, they add a fruity taste and colour to a wide range of products such as: biscuits, cereal bars, breakfast cereals, drinks, yoghurts, desserts, sauces, etc. Thanks to a new installation, the syrups are concentrated at a low temperature and thus preserve their flavour for use in products such as drinks.

Moreover, the Sipal range offers more than 25 organic syrups (liquid and dehydrated), based on 5 different cereals (rice, wheat, corn, barley, spelt) and manioc. The nutritional benefits of cereal and fruit are preserved thanks to an original, natural and simple production process (without using ion-exchange resins).
The Sipal range offers a wide variety of syrups ranging from those with a very neutral taste (wheat and manioc) to stronger flavours (spelt) and from very light colours (rice) to the darkest shades (barley malt).
