Sin City Brewing Partners With Aria Resort And Casino

8 Dec 2014 --- ARIA Resort & Casino has teamed up with Las Vegas’ own Sin City Brewing Company to create a special edition pale ale that will only be available within the AAA Five Diamond resort. The full-bodied Sin City Extra Pale Ale will be served on tap throughout the resort starting this month.

“Just like foodies, Beer drinkers are savvier than ever and prefer a high-quality, locally sourced brew,” said ARIA’s Property Mixologist Craig Schoettler. “By partnering with Sin City Brewing Co., ARIA is able to offer a superior craft beer for the traveler who wants a taste of Las Vegas’ growing beer scene.” ARIA’s exclusive Sin City Extra Pale Ale is a session-style beer robust in hoppiness, complemented by a slight malt sweetness and a crisp finish, resulting in a flavorful pale ale that is easy and enjoyable to drink.

Sin City’s Master Brewer Rich Johnson said, “With ARIA’s impressive beverage program, we wanted to make a beer that would excite the beverage enthusiasts who frequent the resort. Sin City’s Extra Pale Ale provides craft beginners a hoppy drink that won’t overwhelm them, while at the same time delivers unique depths of flavors to appeal to beer aficionados.” Additionally, the Sin City Extra Pale Ale was crafted to pair well with the wide variety of acclaimed cuisine at ARIA. Below are Schoettler’s top suggested pairings at ARIA with Sin City’s Extra Pale Ale:

Jean Georges Steakhouse: “Even though our brew is on the lighter scale of pale ales, it will not be dominated by steaks and heavier meats, exemplified by how well it pairs with Jean-Georges’ 18-oz. Bone-in Rib-Eye.”

FIVE50 Pizza Bar: “The Sin City Extra Pale Ale has the versatility to pair with pizza just as deliciously as a fine dining dish. Enjoying it with FIVE50’s Farmstead Pie topped with prosciutto, crème fraiche, and a farm egg is a knockout home run combination.”

Lobby Bar: “After a long travel day, the Lobby Bar is the perfect place to kick back and relax with a beer. I would highly recommend utilizing the Extra Pale Ale to wash down the Foie Gras Torchon, an insanely amazing upgrade from the typical PB&J. Unforgettable bites of glory.”

Sin City Brewing Co. is a Las Vegas-based craft brewery launched in 2003 featuring the renowned recipes of Master Brewer Rich Johnson. Sin City’s beers are brewed in small batches using premium hops; the Extra Pale Ale is the first local addition to ARIA’s exclusive beverage program developed by Schoettler. The beer will be available on tap at a variety of venues within ARIA.
