Shari's Restaurants Introduce Classic Quiche

01/05/06 BEAVERTON, Ore. -- Shari's Restaurant and Pie Bakery introduces a new line of Classic Quiche, available for dine-in or as whole quiche to go. Shari's Classic Quiche features a golden brown crust
filled with a variety of flavors, including Quiche Lorraine, Three-Cheese and Ham Quiche, Veggie Quiche, and "BMP" Bacon, Mushroom and Pepperjack Quiche.

"This is a natural extension to our line of bakery items," says Larry Curtis, Shari's President and CEO. "We have had continued success with our pies, cinnamon rolls and kid's cookies, so the addition of quiche is one more opportunity to enhance our selection of bakery products."

Quiche is being served at Shari's on two different presentations:

-- Quiche Breakfast -- This value breakfast features a slice of Classic Quiche drizzled with hollandaise sauce, served with fresh fruit and a toasted English Muffin. It is available Monday through Friday from 4 am till 11 am for only $4.99.

-- Classic Quiche Platter -- A slice of flaky and tender Classic Quiche drizzled with hollandaise sauce, served with a generous serving of fresh fruit, plus a toasted sesame salad topped with walnuts and blue cheese crumbles. It is available anytime for only $7.99.

Shari's is also offering whole quiche to go. The home-baked taste of Shari's Grab and Go Quiche provides an easy solution for a wide variety of occasions, from elegant entertaining and social gatherings to a quick family meal. Whole Grab and Go Quiche are available for $7.99 each.
