07 Dec 2016 --- TerraVia and Bunge have announced that Seafoodexport, one of the largest distributors of fish oil to the European pet food industry, will act as a distributor of AlgaPrime DHA, a native whole algae source of omega-3s and a sustainable specialty feed ingredient, in the European pet and production animal segment. DHA, docosahexaenoic acid, is an essential long chain omega-3 fatty acid that plays a critical role in supporting the healthy development of humans and animals.
