Sanpellegrino Launches Two New “Nestle Fitness” Drinks

24/05/08 Sanpellegrino Nestlè Waters Italia launches a new line of functional drinks branded “Nestlè Fitness”. The new mineral water-based drinks – one apple-kiwi flavoured and the other with mango-pineapple - are enriched with active fibres and magnesium, contain 20% of fruit juice and no artificial colouring or additives and have a low caloric content. The new drinks are specifically addressed to all women who wish to keep their figure and preserve their wellbeing.

Fitness drinks contribute to the daily intake of functional fibres – among which Fibersol-2 (a water-soluble fibre made from maize starch and digestion resistant in the human being) and help improve intestinal regularity.

The special design of the bottle immediately reminds the slender body of a young woman. It is available in two sizes: one is the practical and light 0.5 l format to be kept within reach and the other is the bigger one litre version that makes sure you are never left without. On the back, there is the Nutritional Compass – the Nestlé instrument to help consumers make conscious and informed choices – which explains the functionalities and qualities of the product. In addition to the nutritional information and ingredients on the bottle, there are two boxes: “Good to Know” and “The Good Advice”. The pack, impressive due to its bright colours, will make it pleasant to carry the bottle around every moment of the day.
