Hat Trick Beverages Announces Plans of Acquisition

23/05/08 Hat Trick beverages is pleased to announce that the company has identified a suitable merger candidate. The merger candidate is a USA based company in the coffee business with over 150 existing distributors under its management. Mr. Sender Vaiser Hat Trick's CEO said "This is a well known company in the industry. It has been in operation for the past 6 years and is profitable. This acquisition would give Hat Trick an instant 150 member network to distribute our new Tonino Lamborghini energy drink via our via Tango Boost division, our hot and cold vending unit I500 and possibly the existing cold drink line of Hat Trick Beverages such as Pumped and Road Kill could also be implemented into the distribution network. We are currently in our due diligence process mode and should be in a position to make some sort of a concrete announcement within the next 10 business days or so. This deal has been in the works well before the Tonino Lamborghini energy drink transaction. Shares have already been allocated towards this planned merger. Having said that, we are structuring the deal to include both cash and stock so not to disturb our existing share structure of authorized and outstanding shares."

Mr.Vaiser concluded by saying "We envision having Hat Trick transformed into a truly global beverage company offering everything from hot and cold, exotic and energy drink variety, including distribution and full scale logistical solutions of our proprietary product lines."

In other company news, the company is in the process of completing its filings towards obtaining the "current status" mark with Pink Sheets. The company expects to be in a position to file a legal opinion within the next week, or as soon as its legal advisors have reviewed all of its current filings, which is the last missing ingredient towards obtaining the current status mark; all subject to final review by Pink Sheets' compliance department. The company has also completed additional filings on Pink Sheets unrelated to its current status filing requirement.
