Rusk Packaging with the Machine “Pastpack R”

Sep 12 2011 --- Rusk as a snack product is used with wide popularity, it is a good way to have quick and tasty between-meal snack beside it’s convenient to take. As usual rusk is packed in “pillow” bags with vertical packaging machines, however manufacturers are looking for (and have found) new solutions to attract customers.

In Moscow region “Tauras-Fenix” has realized a new project – packaging of rusk into ready cups. Two rotor machines “Pastpack R” equipped with two double-lane filling weighers with one general discharge conveyor were produced. Two-flow weighers provide 80 gr portion of rusk into ready cups. Cups with products are sealed with foil and capped. The machines are furnished with one general discharge belt conveyor. There is also a possibility to stamp data on the cups bottom.
