1/4/2011 --- L’Oreal’s worldwide partnership with Rexam continues to expand, as the company’s Ralph Lauren Fragrances brand selected Rexam Personal Care for the fragrance pump used in the major new worldwide Big Pony Collection launch.
This unique collection of four new men’s scents was released to accompany Ralph Lauren’s Big Pony clothing line and will be heavily promoted to the under-30 men’s market.
“When Ralph Lauren launches a fragrance, it is large, high-profile, and demanding,” said Samira Chmiti, Product Manager – Fragrance, Rexam Personal Care. “Here is another example of how an iconic brand relies on our worldwide, single-source supplier capability.
“Our combination of technical, sales and supply chain support help in the success of a smooth, international launch,” she said.
The fragrance pump is the Rexam TNP, crimpless, a reliable and high-performance pump considered an industry reference. With The Crimpless System (TCS) invented and patented by Rexam in 1988, the collar can be adjusted to fit the bottle design. It is delivered pre-assembled with the pump for easy fitting, and can increase filling productivity as much as 40 percent. In addition, it is also the most neutral of all attachments, as there is no rubber gasket to affect the fragrance.
