Plus Pack Launches Biggest Platter Yet in Its Range of Zen Packaging
The growing popularity of sushi has occurred because the products are convenient, healthy, indulgent and seen as good value for money, as well as representing a fashionable style of eating healthy fast food.
29 Jun 2012 --- The new Zen Platter (product no. 5020810700), in black PET and with a lid (no. 5020800000) in clear PET with anti-mist treatment, has been introduced to complement Plus Pack’s increasingly popular SushiLine range. Robust, stable and clear, it presents itself impressively both on the counter and in the display.
Growing numbers of people throughout Europe are eating sushi, either as a snack or as a lunchtime or evening meal, and the Zen modular system is perfect for presenting these products in an attractive way in-store, thanks to big windows which display the products fully, making them visually appealing and appetising.
Fashionable Style
The growing popularity of sushi has occurred because the products are convenient, healthy, indulgent and seen as good value for money, as well as representing a fashionable style of eating healthy fast food.
“Our extensive range of elegant sushi trays ensure a strong shelf impact in retail outlets like convenience stores, delicatessens, take-away outlets, restaurants and bars,” said Plus Pack’s Marketing Manager, Camilla Haustrup Hermansen.
“Our range stretches from one portion ‘sushi-to-go’ trays to modular systems offering multi-meal sizes including "sushi-to-share" family size.”
High Quality
The Zen modular system ranges from a single portion to a family pack. Design is minimalist, exclusive and signals high quality. Black trays and transparent anti-mist lids enhance the product presentation, and the base of the trays is designed as a grid with compartments to hold the contents more securely and slightly lift them.
The trays – in small, medium and large sizes with matching lids - feature easy to handle opening tabs, with visible hold/pull engravings an integral part of the container.
“Our new addition to the range is by far the biggest platter yet in the Zen series,” said Camilla. “And it’s much more than just another sushi platter. It can be used for all types of products as well, like fish, tapas, antipasta, petit fours, chocolate, sandwich or cheese - which is perfect for any kind of social snacking.”
