PepsiCo Launches Lemon-and-Lime Flavored 7UP in Slim Can

26/09/07 Beverages company PepsiCo India has launched a 100% natural lemon-and-lime flavour in a sleek and stylish 'Slim Can.' PepsiCo has also roped in Telugu actor Allu Arjun as brand ambassador for the product.
Pratik Pota, executive vice-president, PepsiCo India, said: "7UP as a brabd stands for all that is fun, free spirited, cool and exciting. Allu Arjun personifies the same dynamism attached with the brand and he connects with his audience in a unique style."

The company is launching more new drinks, including a lighter version of its sports drink Gatorade and a caffeinated water called Propel Invigorating Water. The new Gatorade, called G2, has fewer calories than the original and is aimed at people when they are not working out. Pepsi said its bottlers would begin delivering the new products to convenience stores, independent retailers and gas stations later this year.
