The Organically Grown and Organically Grown Kids brand names were recently acquired from TJX, which owns the Marshall’s and TJ Maxx chains. Wearology Ltd, an Indian public company, recently acquired a substantial ownership interest in Organically Grown Group LLC. Wearology controls over 10,000 acres of organic cotton and is a leading manufacturer of organic products.
