12/04/07 DHA omega-3 innovator Martek Biosciences announced that NuGo Nutrition, an all-natural line of snack bars, has introduced two new flavors to its NuGo Organic line, Dark Chocolate Almond and Dark Chocolate Pomegranate, featuring 32 mg of Martek's life'sDHA, a vegetarian form of DHA omega-3. DHA is a fatty acid important for optimal brain, eye, cardiovascular and nervous system development and maintenance throughout life. Available at retailers nationwide and online, the bars are USDA certified organic.
