New Packaging Line for Cookies

To do this, our MOPA division has manufactured two distribution stations, the high-capacity model.

Sep 2 2011 --- A new automated line dedicated to the distribution of cookies and their wrapping was recently installed by CT Pack for a leading North American customer.

The line will disseminate approx. 800 biscuits / min. distributed over 66 ranks/min.

To do this, our MOPA division has manufactured two distribution stations, the high-capacity model. Intromat 9, while Otem has built up one exclusive twin-lane horizontal flow-pack machine, mod MMH2 (patented), with its own in-line phasing system.

A special mechanical and servo-assisted device shall stack the cookies on multiple layers, directly in the flow-pack, without stopping / accumulate the products, thus ensuring maximum speed and maximum efficiency.
