New Packaging Line for Frozen Food

Sep 2 2011 --- A new line suitable for packaging of frozen products was made by CT PACK. More than 400 frozen pastry products per minute can be packaged in a perfectly hygienic way.
The products are loaded and flow-packaged in cardboard trays. Subsequently, the packs are boxed into American crates.
The system of production and the variety of different products to treat, required the use of Delta robots guided by vision, in order to pick and deposit them into the trays.
The whole line consists of washable and sanitized equipment and, in particular, the robots’ grippers are automatically washed throughout a C.I.P. circuit, designed and developed by the R&D Department of CT Pack.
