New Innovation Center at Puratos Russia Marks Objective to Provide its Partners with the Best Facilities

22 Apr 2016 --- On March 17th  2016, Puratos Russia officially opened its New Innovation Center, located on the current premises of the factory in the Podolsk region.

With the opening of its new 472 m² Innovation Center, Puratos Russia marks its objective to provide partners and clients with the best facilities to create innovative bakery, patisserie and chocolate products and applications.

To ensure this, two demonstration areas for Bakery and Patisserie gather the most modern equipment for the development of new ideas, tracking consumer trends and putting technologies into practice, as well as hands-on interaction with customers.

An official ceremony of cutting the symbolic red ribbon was hosted by the General Manager of Puratos Russia, Natalia Petrenko , and President and General Manager of Elmos, our real estate company, Nikolay Makovlev.

After the welcome speech, the Marketing team shared latest development trends in and for the Russian Bakery & Patisserie markets.

Such investments clearly translates how Puratos Russia seeks to continuously build a mutually successful with its clients and partners.

Additionally, a very comfortable and cosy auditorium will welcome upcoming presentations and trainings for up to 65 people.

A magic Chocolate Café was also inaugurated acting as the ultimate place for inspiration and exchanging knowledge on chocolate, sharing experience and supporting our partners’ business.
