Bringing Out the "Bar Chef" in All of Us

Mixerz is the brainchild of Mark Mahoney and Al Williams, two beverage industry veterans who got their start selling all-natural fruit smoothies and frozen cocktails. They went on to create one of the most successful foodservice frozen cocktail brands, Maui Beverages. As Mark and Al expanded Maui, they saw a growing trend for Bar Chef inspired cocktails in the beverage industry. Many consumers were looking to re-create the same upscale cocktails they were enjoying at their favorite bars. The duo decided to answer a need in the market and went to work on Mixerz with the vision of creating Bar Chef inspired cocktail mixers in seven of the most popular flavors. The Mixerz brand was launched at the Fancy Food Show at San Francisco's Moscone Center, just a few miles away from their boutique bottling facility in the heart of Napa Valley. Each Mixerz flavor is hand-crafted in 200 gallon microbatches, among the smallest and most controlled batches available for retail.
