09/09/05 Lonza is introducing their new Non-GMO product line of Glycosperse Ethoxylated Sorbitan Esters. This new line of Kosher polysorbates is produced from non-genetically modified raw materials.
Lonza's Glycosperse products are used throughout the food, cosmetics, house-hold products and plastics industry. They offer a range of HLB, hydrophilic-lipophilic balance, values from 11-15 for maximum flexibility in selecting the best emulsifier combination for formulation needs.
The Glycosperse products are available in bulk, drums and totes. Lonza also pro-duces a wide range of other Kosher Non-GMO food emulsifiers.
