28/03/07 Kevin Dundon, a member of Ireland's culinary elite, who is a cookbook author, a celebrity television Master Chef, and proprietor of Dunbrody House, one of Ireland's most elegant small luxury hotels, will soon be even better-known in America. He will partner on a new line of Irish Gourmet Sausage products for the U.S. market with Tommy Moloney's (http://www.tommymoloneys.com), America's largest provider of authentic Irish food products. The products will be launched at the 53rd Summer Fancy Food Show to be held at the Jacob K. Javits Center in New York City July 8-10 this year.

Among the mouth-watering varieties of Gourmet Sausage being planned by Chef Dundon are: Chicken and Apricot Sausage with Fine Herbs; Hickory Smoked Pork and Apple Sausage; Irish Stout and Carmelized Onion Pork Sausage; and Pork and Sunblushed Tomato Spicy Sausage.
