Kerry Group purchases Noon

09/08/05 Kerry Foods has bought UK chilled ready meals company Noon for £124m (€179m).
Noon operates from three production facilities located in the Great Western Industrial Estate in southwest London. The company produces a range of Indian, Oriental, Thai and other Asian and international cuisine ready meals, snacks and accompaniments, mainly for UK retailers.
