JBS at Anuga 2023: Pioneering protein solutions for culinary excellence

The company is also spotlighting its innovative and diverse multi-protein portfolio and its value-added and convenience food products, while highlighting Friboi’s new look.

New look for Friboi
Friboi, renowned as a leading beef exporter and the world’s highest-selling Brazilian beef brand, unveils a new appearance for its premium line, 1953 Friboi. The company states that it will cater to consumers with discerning palates by using precision technology and adherence to rigorous standards.
“The new look of the 1953 Friboi line consists of select cuts from only the best European breeds, recognized worldwide for their superior taste, tenderness and texture,” JBS explains. “It serves consumers with sophisticated and discerning palates, delivering a rich and delectable product which is ensured by high-quality standard protocols and precision technology.”

Seara’s latest chicken innovations
In order to meet consumer demands for flavor, quality and convenience, Seara is set to launch a range of innovative chicken products alongside its classic premium coated chunks, mini filets and filets.
The Seara brand is unveiling a diverse array of chicken offerings. Highlights include the recently introduced Karaage chicken and chicken wings available in plain roasted, hot and spicy and BBQ flavors.
It is also introducing dippers — an innovative breaded chicken finger food format designed for sharing. The company says the products prioritize taste and quick preparation and are all palm oil-free.

Leading the pack
JBS highlights that, as a foremost global protein manufacturer, the company believes it is its duty to lead in any efforts where food and innovation intersect.
To this end, the company recently revealed it would open Brazil’s first cultivated meat and protein R&D center by the end of 2023. Additionally, it is preparing to open a cultivated beef plant in San Sebastián, Spain, by the middle of 2024. The facility will reportedly be the largest of its kind in the world.
