Javo Beverage extends supply relationship with WP Beverage Partners

31/08/05 Javo Beverage Company has announced that it has extended its supply relationship with WP Beverage Partners, the firm behind the successful ready-to-drink coffee beverages of celebrity Wolfgang Puck. Company officials indicated that the multi-year agreement extension makes Javo the exclusive coffee supplier for the original Wolfgang Puck Gourmet Lattes, low carbohydrate varieties launched last year and a line up of new indulgent lattes that come packaged in an innovative self-heating can.

Wolfgang Puck Lattes' retail success has propelled it to 3rd position in the ready-to-drink coffee category according to recently released sales data from Information Resources Inc. PepsiCo and Starbucks' North American alliance still controls the two top spots with Frappuccino(R) and Doubleshot(R). "WP Beverage Partners and Javo are quality and technology leaders in coffee beverages," said Cody C. Ashwell, chief executive officer of Javo.
