James P. King appointed as Vice President and CEO of the Soyprotec Advanced Protein
Until now Mr. King has been external advisor for Shemen Industries Ltd. On January 1st, he has started his new position as CEO.
24/01/06 Shemen Industries Ltd announces the appointment of Mr. James P. King to the position of Vice President and CEO of the Soyprotec Advanced Protein factory in Haifa.
Mr. King has over 25 active years of rich and extensive experience with the Soy Protein field. Until now he has been external advisor for Shemen Industries Ltd. On January 1st, he has started his new position as CEO.
In the Past Mr. King assisted establishing renowned companies within the Soy Protein area globally such as Solae, ADM, Staley, Central Soya, PTI, and Dupont.

The Soyprotec factory of Shemen Industries Ltd was inaugurated about two years ago and it is manufacturing advanced Protein Products.
The factory was built with the assistance of the Investment Center with Tax exemption beneficiary course. The uniqueness of the new plant lies with technology implemented which is considered to be state of the art of worldwide protein industry.
Soy Protein Market value is assessed to be over a BLN US Dollars annually.
