IMCD Group Acquires Jan Dekker International
Headquartered in Wormerveer, the Netherlands, Jan Dekker has 64 staff and sales offices in France, Germany, Poland, UK and Spain. In addition, it runs two laboratories, one in The Netherlands and one in France.
Mar 14 2012 --- IMCD Group has acquired all shares of Jan Dekker International, a highly reputable distributor of personal care and food ingredients. Headquartered in Wormerveer, the Netherlands, Jan Dekker has 64 staff and sales offices in France, Germany, Poland, UK and Spain. In addition, it runs two laboratories, one in The Netherlands and one in France. The deal is effective immediately.

Management will study how and when the two companies will integrate. Until such time Jan Dekker will continue under its present name while its management team will continue to lead Jan Dekker’s activities.
