IDF to Introduce New Protein Ingredient Capabilities at SupplySide West
07 Oct 2014 --- As demand for protein ingredients continues to grow, International Dehydrated Foods, Inc., a global leader in poultry ingredients, is expanding its ARC Concentrated Protein Chicken Powder ingredient line, which it will introduce at the upcoming SupplySide West expo.
“Following the success of our ARC 70 Concentrated Protein Chicken Powder, we have continued to work on the development of our ARC line to create additional ARC powders with higher protein concentrations,” said Stephanie Lynch, Vice President of IDF Technology, Sales, and Marketing.
