Global Beverage Solutions to acquire 80 percent of Rudy Beverage

14/11/05 Global Beverage Solutions, Inc. has announced that it has entered into a Letter of Intent with Rudy Beverage, Inc.
Global Beverage Solutions will acquire 80% of Rudy Beverage, Inc. in exchange for 16 million shares of its restricted common stock of which 6 million will be issued and delivered immediately, and the balance held as an "earn out."
Recently, Global Beverage Solutions has sharpened its focus in the beverage industry. The acquisition of Rudy Beverage, Inc. reflects this. The Rudy Beverage, Inc.'s flagship products are a line of beverages that are lower in sugar and have higher nutritional value than the leading competitors.
Rudy Ruettiger of TRISTAR movie fame ("Rudy" the movie told his life-story) is the founder of Rudy Beverage, Inc. Rudy is the former Notre Dame Football walk-on who still lives by the motto, "It all starts with a dream and it's always too soon to quit." Rudy Beverage, Inc. has developed a line of sports drinks that are lower in sugar and with more nutritional value than other leading brands of sports drinks. The Rudy beverages have superior hydrating qualities because they are mainly made with Eon's structured water.
