The bakers of Freihofer's (available in the Northeast) and Stroehmann (available in Philadelphia and central Pennsylvania) are introducing Soft & Tasty(TM) Made with Whole Grain White. The smooth, scrumptious bread looks and tastes just like white bread, but has a secret -- it's a good source of whole grain.
New Soft & Tasty Made with Whole Grain White combines the taste and texture kids love with the health benefits parents want. Even children, the most critical white bread lovers, won't be able to perceive the delicious bread is a good source of whole grains. In addition, Soft & Tasty Made with Whole Grain White is an excellent source of calcium and a good source of fiber, vitamin D and folic acid.
In April, the bakers of Thomas'® will launch the first white Thomas' English muffin made with whole grains with the introduction of Original Made with Whole Grain English Muffins.
