Gamma Chemie is Integrated Into AB Enzymes GmbH
The business of Gamma Chemie consists of enzymes for Distilling, Brewing-Malting, Fruit Juice and Wine and is core to AB Enzymes and will be handled from now on by its business unit “Food and Specialities“.
15/01/07 AB Enzymes GmbH has announced that after years of strong growth Gamma Chemie GmbH of Darmstadt, Germany has now been legally integrated into AB Enzymes GmbH. This step became effective on November 30, 2006.
AB Enzymes was already the 100% owner of Gamma Chemie GmbH. The business of Gamma Chemie consists of enzymes for Distilling, Brewing-Malting, Fruit Juice and Wine and is core to AB Enzymes and will be handled from now on by its business unit “Food and Specialities“. AB Enzymes as the integrating company takes over all rights and duties of Gamma Chemie.
The integration of the two enzyme companies will enhance product offerings and services to all valued customers.
