Dec 20 2011 --- Flavorseal, a leader in sous vide and cook-chill products for the foodservice industry, has unveiled a new type of sous vide and cook-chill bag for the professional kitchen, the Easy Lift and Pour Cook Bag. The bag is designed with a finger hole in the corner, which keeps the contents extremely stable when removing from water baths and decreases the chance of slippage while pouring. This unique feature increases productivity and safety of the kitchen staff.
As the bags are designed for both cook-chill and sous-vide cooking, the bag material is capable of withstanding temperatures as high as 220 degrees Fahrenheit from hot-filling product and water bath retherming.
