Firmenich Makes Multi Million Dollar Investment in Facility in Argentina, Increasing Their Footprint in South America
22 Mar 2016 --- Firmenich have announced the opening of its new, state-of-the-art plant in Buenos Aires, Argentina in the presence of CEO Gilbert Ghostine, strategic partners and senior Firmenich executives. The new plant will serve more than 100 customers across 10 markets globally, significantly increasing Firmenich’s footprint in Argentina.

With this new facility, Firmenich aims to strengthen its market leadership in fragrances. For flavors, the objective is to drive growth through the company’s leading Taste Modulation portfolio TasteGEM, which helps restore the taste profile of food and beverage products with reduced sugar, salt and fat. Firmenich’s TasteGEM portfolio is already manufactured in Argentina.
