17 Jan 2014 --- Emsland Group is pleased to announce that Henk Jaap Meijer will be participating as speaker at CMT’s 3rd Starch World 2014 on 17-19 Feb, 2014 to be held at Mandarin Oriental Jakarta, Indonesia.

Attend CMT's 3rd Starch World conference which gathers over 200 delegates from all over the world every year to discuss about issues surrounding the starch industry and the role it plays in an increasing bioeconomy. This year's topics will be based on conference themes:

• Innovations in Starch & derivatives, side stream products and emerging non-food applications
• Can cassava fill the global carbohydrate gap and will Indonesia rise to become a big major producer?
• Opportunities for Pea starch and derivatives

At this upcoming event, Henk Jaap Meijer will be sharing his expertise by contributing a paper on: Potato based clean label innovations for fast growing Asian snack and snack pellet markets
