The products exhibited are still fruit juice beverages, energy drinks with new energy sources, innovative carbonated soft drinks, exotic aqua fruit beverages, cider and wine mixes and fresh malt beverages such as Fassbrause. Döhler is also exhibiting innovative flavour worlds. New raw materials sources and state-of-the art processing technologies provide the Döhler flavourists with exclusive flavour molecules. These allow the creators of good taste to develop interesting flavours which appeal to current taste preferences of consumers. Ginger and pineberry flavours are on trend at the moment and will be available for tasting in many beverages and foods at trade fair booth. Bright, intense, natural Döhler colours make the products more attractive.


Döhler flavours take you on a sensory world tour!
Döhler has established a high level of expertise in exclusive flavours, natural flavour extracts and emulsions over the past decades. At Brau, the company is presenting flavours which will take visitors to the trade fair on a world tour for their taste buds. Examples of flavours include European flavours such as rhubarb, trend flavours such as ginger and even exotic flavours such as coconut and the little-known pineberry. In addition, Döhler is showing a range of beer, malt and hop flavours as well as SIT, an innovative flavour technology for optimising the taste of HIS sweeteners. With emulsions for improving mouth feel, Döhler will also exhibit solutions for adding sensory value to beverages with a low juice content.

Bright, natural colours for a brilliant product appearance
Because the DöhlerGroup has its own fruit processing plants, it has reliable access to natural fruit and vegetable ingredients, such as colouring concentrates and natural colour extracts. In Nuremberg, Döhler will present its portfolio of natural colours such as 'red brilliance', based on black carrot. The colour range covers warm orange tones to shining ruby tones all the way to shades of blue. All colours meet the requirements of 'clean labelling'.

Energy drinks – new taste, natural energy sources
Energy drinks are among the most dynamic and successful beverages. The energy market is set to diversify even further in the coming years. As part of the trend towards greater naturalness, not only are energy drinks with juice components in high demand, but so are beverages which make use of a natural energy source. This demand is met by brewed energy drinks, tea and coffee energy drinks. Calorie-free energy drinks and calorie-reduced product variants with MultiSweet® Stevia will also be available for tasting at Döhler's trade fair booth.

Sparkling refreshing taste in carbonated soft drinks
As well as new carbonated soft drinks such as 'brewed sodas', new bitter lemonades and naturally calorie-reduced lemonades, the ingredient manufacturer is also showcasing many innovations based on cola. The range includes cola+X beverages and natural cola variants.

Still drinks open up unlimited potential for innovation. Malt beverages have grown out of their position as a niche product in recent years. Trendy, fruity and refreshing concepts are now on the road to success not only in the Middle East, but almost everywhere in the world. With a broad product portfolio of gently processed, filtered and concentrated malt extracts and malt compounds, Döhler makes it possible to produce malt beverages cost-efficiently. To fit in with this, Döhler will be presenting innovative and traditional product concepts such as fassbrause, a natural alternative to classic lemonades, at Brau.

Beer and beer mixes – fresh & fruity
Clear shandies with citrus flavours can look back at a long history of success. Now, this popular beverage is reinvigorating the market for beer mixes as a particularly natural, cloudy variety. Premium cloudy juice concentrates give the cloudy shandy not only a particularly authentic flavour profile, but also a full mouth feel. In addition, Döhler is exhibiting beer mixes with unusual new flavours.

Wine mixes or traditional cider
Cider and wine mixes are currently the latest trend beverages in international bars and restaurants. Ciders are popular both pure and as mixes. In Nuremberg, Döhler will be exhibiting innovative ciders and wine mixes for modern consumers. Fitting in with these concepts, Döhler supplies innovative flavours and fruit juice concentrates, as well as fruit wine and rice wine bases (alcoholic and non-alcoholic).

The new cross-category trend – half-and-half
A change can be seen across the entire food and beverage market: the boarders between individual market segments are disappearing.
Popular beverages are mixed together half-and-half. To do this, Döhler is presenting examples including combinations of tea and lemonade or beer mixes with a high juice content at Brau. The results offer many interesting and unusual taste sensations, from refreshing and fruity to bitter.
