Aryzta company Cuisine de France has acquired Boulangeries de France.
Aryzta company Cuisine de France has acquired Boulangeries de France. Boulangeries de France’s founder and managing director Thierry Cacaly will run the merged businesses as managing director.
“We will continue to put great bakery at the centre of our business,” said Cacaly, “bringing the advantages of Cuisine’s quality products and national network together with Boulangeries personal touch and service.”
“Cuisine de France is a great business with strong bakery traditions and we feel that the acquisition of Boulangeries de France is a positive move,” said Dermot Murphy, UK country manager for Aryzta.
“Our customers will benefit from the combined local market insight and enterprising, passionate spirit. Our enlarged Cuisine de France is an opportunity to become the innovating force in speciality bakery which will ultimately benefit consumers. We are delighted to have Thierry joining our team.”
