Coca-Cola looks set to acquire Multon, which has a 26 percent share in Russia.

28/02/05 Coca-Cola is set to but major Russian juice producer Multon Co, according to reports from Russia. Believed to be worth $500 million to $650 million, Multon holds a 26 percent share in the Russian juice market and produces the Dobry, Rich and Nico brands.

An official of Russia's Federal Anti-Trust Service has reprotedly confirmed the deal will go through during the next few weeks to Russia's business daily newspaper Vedomosti.
