06/08/07 Cognis Nutrition & Health has launched its new line of Omega-3 fatty acids for foods and beverages. The first food ingredient to debut under the Omevital brand, Omevital1812 TG Gold, is an oil developed for dairy products, spreads and other fat-based applications. Cognis’ Omevital Omega-3s contain the long-chain fatty acids, EPA and DHA, known to enhance overall vitality and are bio-marine sourced.
